2 Experienced Benefits Officers required to work on contracts up to 6 months. Excellent knowledge of benefit legislation required. Experience of using Academy essential.

Duties & Responsibilities include

  • Assessment of all types of Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction claims
  • Process new claims, change of circumstances and change of address
  • Advise claimants of any overpayments
  • Deal with ATLAS cases and RTI's
